Subject: Federal Funding Opportunities for the ICJC

Description: This working group has been established to maximize the impact for Illinois from the Federal
Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and use IIJA and
IRA’s resources to actualize some of the climate goals spelled out in CEJA, including Illinois’
ambitious goals of one million Electric Vehicles by 2030 and replacing all fossil fuel electricity
generation with renewable energy by 2045.
